Howard graduated in 1995 from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry. He completed his residency in 1996 from the University of Nebraska and his Bachelor of Science from Tulane University in 1991. He works with all patients to make a plan for healing and for prevention as a priority.
Dr. Shapiro believes in conservative dental treatment. Sometimes the best plan is no treatment or a phased treatment with options, as one approach does not fit all. This allows for the patient to make an informed decision.
